Variety of good food for meals. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus central heating, a work desk and a television with satellite channels. Location close enough to the centre of Lourdes and the beautiful restaurant. Nearby Rivierasol - great place to chill out.

The queen room I requested was warm, impeccably clean, and boasted a lovely view.

The place was well-maintained and had really helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff especially Ingrid the receptionist. The room itself was well heated with a nice view and had essentials I needed.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the main attractions of Lourdes, including the sanctuary area of the town and the Paradise bus stop which offers direct bus connections to the Airport. The rooms offer a nice view, especially if you're on one of the upper floors, and the breakfast is worth mentioning as well.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the airport and nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel's proximity to the river provides stunning views. the friendly staff provides exceptional service and the delicious breakfast is a great way to start the day. Rooms are modernly furnished and comfortable, with ample facilities such as air conditioning and a well-functioning shower.

There is one minor downside that can make for an uncomfortable stay. the warm climate can make the rooms slightly stuffy in the afternoons and early evenings, despite air conditioning facilities.

The staff, especially Ingrid, was hospitable and attentive, and the location was central, just 500 meters from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, making everything very good.

Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, it could have used a few updates to make it feel a bit more modern. the room could have benefited from a hair dryer.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Paradise bus stop, making it very easy to catch a direct bus to the airport. Additionally, its proximity to the sanctuary area of the town and being just next to the river provided a delightful atmosphere and beautiful views from the rooms.

No significant issues were encountered during my stay.
